What should I do about Christmas Gifts?

Instead of spending lots of money this Christmas, I would like to either buy inexpensive gifts, or make homemade gifts.
Does anyone have any ideas on what would be good inexpensive gifts, or what would be good homemade gifts?
I have 4 Cousins that I spend every Christmas with. There are 3 guys ages 22, 20, and 14. Plus a girl who is 18. I am not sure what to get them for Christmas this year. Any ideas?

Personally, I am doing the homemade gift thing. I just do food gifts or I make soap. Fudge always makes a great gift and you can find many recipes online!
