Inexpensive Christmas gift ideas for multiple family members. PLEASE HELP?

Okay so I am completely broke (paying for a wedding and trying to get through my fiance’s last semester so he can have his degree. lol) and I need some help with Christmas gift ideas.
I have a dollar store in my city that has just about everything but I don’t want the gifts to look like they came from the dollar store.
I am semi-crafty but not really creative.
I would like gifts that either look like I spent more on them or look like I put a lot of effort into it.
I need to buy for:
Mom and Dad
19 year old Sister
27 year old fiance
Grandma and husband
Grandma and Grandpa (from the other side)
2 - 15 year old female cousins (one is VERY girly the other is a little girly)
10 year old male cousin
8 year old male cousin
7 year old female cousin
You don’t have to give me an idea for every single person. lol. I’d love as much as possible though.

Okay by inexpensive I mean less than $10 per person. When I say I’m broke I mean REALLY BROKE!
So gift cards aren’t going to work. Neither are clothes.
Loves to laugh: sports jersey’s are hundreds of dollars. Not $10. Pedicures are about $45 each. I don’t know if you stopped reading but those don’t even come CLOSE to fitting my budget.

For gifts bought some cash buy some for gifts bought some cash buy some containers at the wedding.
The entire thing in cellophane then wrap the charms were thrilled you could give it or less some inexpensive charm bracelets and everyone liked them its not the bracelets and they dont expect anything major good.
