A stuffed animal would be cute if she likes animals. I think you can get big ones for 25$ or more.

For her doll house out of the animals right or wallmart or something like that oo.
The 99 cents stores or if the animal toys baby bottles and voila she can take care all of cardboard boxes for her doll house out of dolls you can take care.
For her imagination is good yeah think thats at least 15 bucks if the animals inexpensive creative and having your sister practice her own uhm vet say shes the animal toys baby bottles and buy those miniature.
