Ideas for inexpensive Christmas gifts?

We are on a major budget this year. No credit cards. What are some good gift ideas for a 3 yr old and 6 year old. Gifts that seem like a lot but are not that expensive. What about for nieces and nephews? And grandparents? Please help!

The younger kids would get them out anyways for themselves maybe they want and football something they are into.
