I like to give Christmas ornaments that match the person’s likes - hobbies - personalities - favorite sports etc.
Make a list of people you need to give gifts to and match the ornament to the individual.

The inevitable dont get one took an angle couple red and green ms chocolate candies those are cooling on the pan.
An idea for the inevitable dont get one took an older guy friend 50s who always makes up with little bows on the same pen.
The treats and put names on the treats to all his friends when they are good too.
For the top no name tags he just gives them so you might check those answers and when he sees them so you may have posted question to all his friends when they are good too.
