river85715 asked: This Christmas will have to be an inexpensive Christmas for me when it comes to giving gifts to my family and friends. I have been trying to think of gifts that I can make myself without spending a lot of money. My main goal is to make something that people will really like, either for practical use or pure enjoyment. I am at my wits end for ideas. Does anyone out there have any homemade gift ideas for men and women? Can you share some of your ideas that have been real successful? All serious replies are appreciated. Thanks for your time everyone.

I would like to give something small to my co-workers (9 women) for Christmas but don’t want to spend a fortune. Last year I gave everyone an ornament, people in the past have given gift cards, bulbs in a vase, small orchids from Trader Joe’s, and food items. I’d like to avoid giving food - does anyone have any fun, inexpensive ideas?

I was thinking of making baked goodies to give out but wanted other ideas. Thanks!
I am giving these to just a few people, like mother-in-law’s friends who are always thoughtful and send my son cards and get him little gifts. For my family, it’s different. I just can’t afford to spend a lot on people we aren’t close to but who we are expected to give to.

We are on a major budget this year. No credit cards. What are some good gift ideas for a 3 yr old and 6 year old. Gifts that seem like a lot but are not that expensive. What about for nieces and nephews? And grandparents? Please help!

Okay so I am completely broke (paying for a wedding and trying to get through my fiance’s last semester so he can have his degree. lol) and I need some help with Christmas gift ideas.
I have a dollar store in my city that has just about everything but I don’t want the gifts to look like they came from the dollar store.
I am semi-crafty but not really creative.
I would like gifts that either look like I spent more on them or look like I put a lot of effort into it.
I need to buy for:
Mom and Dad
19 year old Sister
27 year old fiance
Grandma and husband
Grandma and Grandpa (from the other side)
2 - 15 year old female cousins (one is VERY girly the other is a little girly)
10 year old male cousin
8 year old male cousin
7 year old female cousin
You don’t have to give me an idea for every single person. lol. I’d love as much as possible though.
Thanks
Okay by inexpensive I mean less than $10 per person. When I say I’m broke I mean REALLY BROKE!
So gift cards aren’t going to work. Neither are clothes.
Loves to laugh: sports jersey’s are hundreds of dollars. Not $10. Pedicures are about $45 each. I don’t know if you stopped reading but those don’t even come CLOSE to fitting my budget.

We’ve been together for nearly a year. I go to my bf’s house usually once a week, but we usually just leave to go somewhere so I don’t talk to them much.
But I wanted to get them all something inexpensive for Christmas, just to be thoughtful.
He has a 19 year old sister, and I thought this was cute for her:

I don’t know what to get his little brother who is 11.
But I thought maybe some nice candles or something for his mom.
And no idea for his dad.
Does anyone have any ideas?
And is this appropriate to do?
I don’t expect something from them or anything, I just wanted to be nice.

I have two brothers and a sister all around the same age(6-10) that I need to shop for. I know it’s a little early, but I have the money now, and there is no point in putting it off. Any ideas?
